If this is released for £299, it will be the best value/money netbook here in the UK, Given that it comes with a 6-cell battery and 160GB HDD.

I can't wait for the this to come out.
Damn my job shutting down. If I had the money I would snatch this up black Friday or wait till Christmas

Well £299 includes VAT, while $480 doesn't include tax. If you add tax to the item, say 5%, the price is $504 USD. If you were simply to convert £299 to US dollars, it would equal $509. So not a bad estimate by the writer.

It has a good keyboard, which makes it better than the large majority of its competition already.
does anyone know any place in the US that has this laptop for preorder in black? right now i know that the US only gets blue and white, but i rather have the black. if now is there any UK site that ships to the US and how much would it cost.
